Here is all the legal stuff you should know. Take your time

1.
THIS AGREEMENT was made between adultmovieclub.com (SITE we/us/our),
and the Member Webmaster submitting this Application, (Webmaster
or you/your), on the date the online Application Form is submitted
to and approved by the SITE.
2.
You must be of legal age to join and promote our sites.
3. Only one account is allowed
per company or organization.
4. We do not accept webmasters
using non adult freehosts such as geocities, tripod, and angelfire.
5. We reserve the right to
deny any webmaster admittance into our program for using illegal
content, if the webmaster is located in a high fraud area, or
for any other reason. adultmovieclub.com accepts English only
traffic.
6. By signing up you understand
and acknowledge that adultmovieclub can and most likely will
send out emails (newsletter) to all webmasters that join.
7. You may NOT hot link any
of our banners from our server, if you do, you WILL be cancelled
without pay.
8. Adultmovieclub.com accepts
no email promotion OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. Any traffic from
email will result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture
of all monies.
9. Adultmovieclub.com
will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting
from complications with your hosting equipment or technical
errors.
10. We reserve
the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior
notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately
and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time,
except in cases where it is determined you have cheated by violating
this agreement in any way YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!
12. Adultmovieclub.com reserves
the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than
a month. In such cases you will be notified in advance.
13. We reserve the right to
deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for
any reason, based on the content of their website or for any
other reason. We reserve the right to change the payout rate
with a 3 day notice.
14. Taking content from the
members areas is not allowed. If caught we will terminate accounts.
Extra content for galleries can be used only with the permission
from mike.
Fraudulent Activities.
If you attempt to defraud our system by generating false or
fraudulent hits or sign-ups, you will be prosecuted to the full
extent of the law. We monitor all hits and sign-ups to ensure
they are not generated falsely. If you signup to a paysite using
your own linking code, we will consider your account to be fraud
and you will not be paid at all.
AdultMovieClub.com offers 2 type
of payment programs.
We offer 60/40 partnership + recurring program. You will receive
60% of the total sale. Plus 60% of all recurring membership
until that member decides to cancel. 2. Or get paid $35 per
sign up if they join by trial or full price.
Rules On Traffic.
You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in
violation of the terms herein. Sending any hits from any URL's
that contain and/or promote the following content, programs
or linking practices without the prior written consent of the
Administration will result in the IMMEDIATE cancellation of
the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture
of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, bestiality,
warez, newsgroup postings, spam e-mails, Mp3, unlicensed content
or any other site we deem illegal. We do not give second chance
when dealing with webmasters who promote these kinds of sites,
and consider it a serious issue which only harms our industry!
Ways To Get Paid.
Wires: We can wire your earning
straight to your bank account every 3 weeks. This will be subject
to a charge of $20.00 domestic or $30.00 Foriegn incurred by
your bank. Minimum payout must exceed $500.
E-Passport: This is a weekly
payment plan subject to a $2.00 processing fee.
Check: The minimum check amount
must equal or exceed the amount of $50.00 before a check can
be issued. Only one account is allowed per company or organization.
This is subject to a $3.00 processing fee.
Pay periods are from Monday to Sunday of each week. Payouts
will be sent out on Wednesday, 3 weeks and 3 days after that
pay periods end.
All funds are paid by check in U.S. funds.
